How do I return my product?
In order to return a product, please call us at 1-877-899-0408 and we will be happy to assist you.
For a product to be eligible for return, it must meet the following requirements:
Defective Products
- Less than 90 days from order date.
- Must have all original packing material and a detailed description of the defect.
- Must have a pre-approved RA# before returning product.
Note: Some product defects may qualify only for the manufacturer's warranty and may require that you contact the manufacturer directly.Non-Defective Products
- Less than 30 days from order date.
- Products are new and unopened.
- Product and packaging are in resellable condition.
- Must have a pre-approved RA# before returning product.
- Subject to a 15% restocking fee
