My order was damaged in shipping.

Product Damaged in Transit:

If you receive a box that has obviously been damaged in transit, please refuse the delivery. If the carrier has left the premises, immediately contact our Customer Support Department. It is important the you do not open the damaged box until after it has been inspected by the carrier. If you open a package and then notice the product is damaged or missing, return ALL products and packaging to the box until it has been inspected.
