When will my order ship?

For shipping information on a specific order, please login to the My Account area of the website.

The estimated delivery time of an order is calculated by this formula:

Processing Time + Supplier Time + Shipping Time = Total Time to Delivery

• Processing Time = Because of the streamlined nature of MyInkPro.com, your order should be fully processed in a matter of hours. By the time you get your order number, your order has been received, accepted, and your credit card has been processed. Shortly after that, the warehouse will give final confirmation that the products you ordered are in stock and the order's status will then change to "Waiting for Shipping Information." This whole process should, in most cases, take less than one business day.
• Supplier Time = After your order is processed, it is sent to the warehouse. If your items are currently in stock and your order was submitted before 5 p.m. CST, it should be shipped the same day.
• Shipping Time = This is the time it takes for the shipping provider to courier the package to the final destination. Please refer to the shipping time table for expected shipping times.
